Return window

You have [X] days from the delivery date to request a return. After that window closes, we can't accept returns.

What's returnable

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging
  • The film must be uncut and unapplied — once a film panel has been cut to size or applied to a window, it can't be resold and isn't eligible for return
  • The controller, wiring, and install kit accessories are returnable if unopened and unused

If you're not sure whether your item qualifies, contact us before sending anything back — we'd rather check first than have a return get rejected on arrival.

What's not returnable

  • Film that's been cut, trimmed, or installed
  • Any item without its original packaging
  • Gift cards, if applicable

How to start a return

Email [support email] with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll confirm eligibility and send you return instructions, including the address to ship to.

Return shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective on arrival, damaged in transit), we cover return shipping
  • If the return is for any other reason (changed your mind, ordered the wrong size), you're responsible for return shipping costs

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll notify you by email whether it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within [X] business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged, or the controller/film doesn't work as described, contact us within [X] days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll cover replacement or refund — this doesn't count against your standard return window.

Exchanges

We don't process direct exchanges. If you need a different size or variant, return the original (if eligible) for a refund and place a new order.
